The personnel is friendly, nothing outstanding but they are nice and polite. the regular ones are small and old TBH…, overall the hotel has it’s years but it’s clean in general., rooms are comfortable for a short stay and amenities such as the pool, restaurant and other work well in general. The rooms are ok, at least the Superior ones. There is one BIG issue I’ll elaborate on this review. The location is strategic and good to move around the area but you need to be careful at night with some of the crackheads that are around, the area is not that safe to me at night time. Usually we use it as a base for triathlon events that take place on the area so this was not the first time I’ve stayed with them. I've stayed at the Best Western Kamuk in Quepos several times.
